DTG Recycle has acquired substantially all assets of Randy-Kan, a portable restroom provider based in Poulsbo, Washington, expanding DTG's portable sanitation footprint on the Kitsap Peninsula. The deal is DTG Recycle's first acquisition since the company was purchased by a fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management on December 1, 2022.
