Duravant Acquires National Presort (NPI)

Duravant LLC has acquired National Presort, LP (NPI), a Fort Worth, Texas-based manufacturer of automated parcel sortation systems. The acquisition expands Duravant's material handling and sortation capabilities to better serve e-commerce, courier, parcel post and fulfillment customers, and adds NPI's modular high-speed sortation technology plus aftermarket service capabilities to Duravant's portfolio.
