Jernbro Acquires Veolia's Swedish Industrial Maintenance Business

Jernbro Industrial Services AB has agreed to acquire Veolia Environnement S.A.'s industrial maintenance business in Sweden, taking over operations in Kiruna, Avesta, Sandviken, Norrköping and Gothenburg effective 1 October 2019. The acquired business has over 300 employees and annual sales of about SEK 400 million; the deal increases Jernbro's turnover to SEK 1.4 billion and its headcount to roughly 950.

JGB Enterprises Acquires All-Serv Industrial

JGB Enterprises, backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired All-Serv Industrial, LLC (headquartered in Sulphur, Louisiana) on December 31, 2021 as an add-on to JGB's platform. The acquisition expands JGB's Gulf Coast footprint and adds complementary hose, fluid power and service capabilities to serve refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas and industrial OEM customers.

Eleda Group Acquires Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänst AB

Eleda Group, a Triton TSM fund portfolio company, has acquired all shares in Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänster AB, a civil engineering and contract services provider in the Västerås area of central Sweden. The add-on expands Eleda Group's regional coverage into the Stockholm–Mälaren region; Salbohed AB reports roughly SEK 400 million in annual revenue and about 50 full-time employees plus 30 contractors.

Continental Mapping Acquires Geographic Information Services (GISinc)

Continental Mapping Consultants, a Bluestone Investment Partners portfolio company, has acquired Geographic Information Services, Inc. (GISinc). The deal creates one of North America's largest pure-play geospatial services firms, expanding Continental Mapping's capabilities in enterprise GIS, cloud migrations, analytics and geospatial data services; GISinc brings over 350 employees across 30 states. Financing for the transaction was provided by EagleBank and Route 2 Capital Partners.
