Sensata Technologies (Sensata Insights) has acquired Elastic M2M, a Reston, Virginia–based provider of a cloud IoT analytics and telematics platform for fleets and telematics service providers. The acquisition augments Sensata Insights' cloud, machine learning and analytics capabilities for fleet and asset telemetry and expands its channel reach through TSP partnerships; financial terms were not disclosed.
