The transaction—expected to close in H1 2020—will allow AutoScout24 to pursue focused growth and expand dealer-facing digital services across its 18‑market footprint.

TRADER Corporation Acquires Canadian Operations of Dealertrack, VinSolutions, Dealer.com, Xtime and Kelley Blue Book from Cox Automotive

TRADER Corporation has agreed to acquire the Canadian operations of Dealertrack, VinSolutions, Dealer.com, Xtime and Kelley Blue Book from Cox Automotive's Canadian Retail business. The move brings Canadian-focused dealer software, digital retailing and valuation capabilities into TRADER to deliver more localized services for Canadian dealerships and OEMs; most Canadian Cox Automotive Retail employees are expected to transition to TRADER.

TRADER Corporation Invests in Activix (Thoma Bravo Portfolio)

J.D. Power Acquires Trilogy Automotive

Trader Interactive acquired four niche marketplaces — NextTruck, Rock & Dirt, Tradequip and Trade-A-Plane — from The Cosby Harrison Company, expanding its commercial vehicle, construction equipment, energy and aviation marketplace offerings. The deal (closed Feb 10, 2020) preserves the marketplaces' brands and brings most associated Cosby Harrison employees to Trader Interactive to support continued service to dealers and OEMs and enable international growth (including Rock & Dirt Español).

Solera Acquires Omnitracs and DealerSocket
