Economic Alternatives, Inc. (EAI Water), backed by Sylmar Group, has acquired Clearwater Industries, a Shelton, Connecticut-based industrial water treatment provider. The deal expands EAI's Total Water footprint to the U.S. East Coast and strengthens its service and equipment capabilities for industrial cooling towers, boilers, and advanced membrane technologies.
