eComplete, an e-commerce growth partner, has completed a majority acquisition of Liverpool-based beauty brand Give Me Cosmetics (GMC). Beechbrook Capital supported the transaction with a hybrid senior debt and minority equity solution to help fund GMC’s next phase of growth and international expansion.
