Edelweiss Software Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Valsoft Corporation, acquired Medicalistics, LLC, a Dallas-based provider of healthcare software for correctional facilities, jails, and public health agencies. The acquisition was completed and brings Medicalistics’ electronic health records, medication management, patient workflows, and analytics platform into Edelweiss’s portfolio.
