Edgewater Growth Capital Partners IV, via its newly formed portfolio company Deerfield Pharma Services Holdings, LLC, has invested in Deerfield Agency, a healthcare marketing services firm. The investment establishes Deerfield as a platform targeting further acquisitions in the pharmaceutical and life sciences marketing space; Rick Riegel and Pat Blake joined Deerfield's board as part of the transaction.
