Edgewater Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm, acquired Well Master, a provider of plunger lift systems, automation technologies, and production optimization solutions for the oil and gas industry. Well Master’s leadership team will remain in place to continue running the company as Edgewater supports growth and capability expansion.
