eLearning Brothers acquired game-based learning provider The Game Agency to add The Training Arcade and gamification capabilities to its learning platform. The deal was supported by new equity from RLG Capital and Trinity Private Equity Group and a senior debt facility from KeyBank to fund the acquisition and further scale eLearning Brothers' product ecosystem.
