Empower AI acquired Highlight Technologies, a Fairfax, Virginia-based federal IT services company, to expand AI-powered capabilities for U.S. federal agencies. The deal strengthens Empower AI’s ability to deliver DevSecOps, AI, data management, and cloud modernization, including through Highlight’s AI Data Integration & Orchestration Engine (AIDE). Financial terms were not disclosed, and the acquisition became effective on July 7, 2026.
