Energizer Holdings, Inc. completed the acquisition of Advanced Power Solutions NV (APS), a European manufacturer and marketer of AA and AAA Panasonic‑branded batteries. The deal adds APS's manufacturing facility in Gniezno, Poland and expands Energizer's footprint and manufacturing optionality across key European markets including Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland and Spain.
