EQT Private Equity Acquires Avetta from WCAS

EQT Private Equity's EQT X fund has agreed to acquire Avetta from Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS). Avetta is a global SaaS leader in supply chain risk management with 12 offices, more than 750 employees, and a network spanning 130+ countries; EQT says it will back product innovation, AI/automation adoption and global expansion to accelerate growth.
