Erthwrks Acquires Arktos Environmental

Erthwrks, a provider of environmental compliance services, announced it has acquired Arktos Environmental, an Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) and Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) services company. The acquisition expands Erthwrks’ air compliance capabilities by combining Arktos’ OGI expertise with Erthwrks’ existing LDAR, source, testing, engine testing, and ambient air monitoring services for nationwide customers.
