Gloo (Nasdaq: GLOO) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire EnterpriseMarketdesk (EMD), an established Workday services partner focused on nonprofit, small, and mid-market organizations. The deal was expected to close in Q2 2026 and integrates EMD’s AI-enabled Workday consulting, implementation, and support into Gloo’s Gloo 360 IT infrastructure management offering. Gloo later announced the acquisition was completed.
