EVERSANA announced a merger with Waltz Health to combine EVERSANA’s end-to-end pharmaceutical commercialization services with Waltz’s AI-driven prescription routing and payer-facing marketplace technology. Mark Thierer, co-founder and CEO of Waltz Health, will serve as CEO of the combined organization as the companies integrate capabilities to improve drug affordability, payer connectivity and patient access for specialty and high-cost therapies.
