Falfurrias Management Partners Acquires Young American Food Brands

Falfurrias Management Partners acquired Young American Food Brands (formerly known as Miami Beef) in a deal announced in April/May 2026 with terms undisclosed. Young American is a family-founded packaged foods/protein platform with multiple brands and distribution across more than 3,200 retail doors in the Southeast, and it will expand further into premium protein offerings such as organic, grass-fed, and Wagyu beef.

Advent International Acquires Sauer Brands from Falfurrias Capital Partners

Advent International has completed its acquisition of Sauer Brands Inc., a portfolio of condiments and seasonings brands including Duke's Mayo, Kernel Season's and Mateo's Gourmet Salsa, from Falfurrias Capital Partners. As part of the close, E. Yuri Hermida was appointed CEO and the deal positions Advent to support Sauer Brands' next phase of growth across retail and away-from-home channels.
