Federal Advisory Partners (F|A|P), a Sagewind Capital–backed government consulting platform, has acquired Universal Consulting Services, LLC (UCS), an IT and health services provider to federal agencies. The deal is an add-on to F|A|P’s platform to expand its enterprise IT, systems engineering, and health IT capabilities across the federal sector.
