Firestone Walker and Duvel USA have agreed to acquire the Stone Brewing brand from Sapporo USA for an undisclosed amount. The companies plan to finalize the transaction in the second quarter of the fiscal year and will split ownership and operations across U.S. regions, including production transitions to Firestone Walker’s Paso Robles facility and Duvel USA’s Kansas City facility.
