Fusion92 Acquires Search-Centric Agency Big Footprint

Fusion92, a Chicago-based marketing transformation firm backed by Serata Capital Partners and Landon Capital Partners, acquired Denver-based search-centric digital agency Big Footprint in a deal completed in December. The acquisition adds organic and paid search (SEO/SEM) capabilities and leadership from Big Footprint into Fusion92's Media & Activation team to broaden the firm's end-to-end marketing transformation offering.
