The deal combines Board Intelligence's Lucia AI capabilities with TeamEngine's engineering and regional client base to accelerate product innovation and market leadership; financial terms were not disclosed.

Bevy Acquires Intros AI to Launch AI-powered Engagement Hub

Meta Acquires PlayAI

IBM to Acquire Turbonomic

IBM announced a definitive agreement to acquire Turbonomic, a Boston-based Application Resource Management (ARM) and Network Performance Management (NPM) software provider. The acquisition expands IBM’s hybrid cloud and AI capabilities by adding Turbonomic’s AIOps-driven optimization and observability technology to IBM’s Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps and Instana offerings.
