ECS will operate as a division of GZA from its Coventry location, with ECS President Dr. Robert W. Kortmann joining GZA as a Senior Consultant to expand GZA's water-quality and ecological capabilities.

Synagro Technologies Acquires New England Fertilizer Company (NEFCO)
