SePRO Corporation has acquired Arietta.ai, a San Ramon, California-based artificial intelligence company, to form the foundation of a new SePRO Digital division focused on digital water management. The Arietta.ai team will join SePRO on September 1, with co-founder Tim Howard becoming SePRO's Chief Digital Officer as SePRO integrates Arietta.ai's algorithms and data capabilities to accelerate its water health management offerings.
