GE Vernova signed a definitive agreement to acquire Robotech Automation, a specialized robotics and automation systems integrator based near Montreal, Quebec. The acquisition is intended to accelerate GE Vernova’s robotics and automation capabilities within its Advanced Research Center and support deployment across its global supply chain; financial terms were not disclosed.

Veralto Enters Definitive Agreement to Acquire GlobalVision

Veralto entered into a definitive agreement to acquire GlobalVision, a Montreal-headquartered technology company providing AI-augmented packaging quality and compliance inspections. The acquisition will be integrated into Veralto’s Esko business to strengthen its end-to-end, source-to-shelf packaging workflow platform, embedding a quality and compliance backbone directly into customer workflows.

GE Vernova Acquires Remaining 50% Stake in Prolec GE
