Golden State Dermatology (GSD) has partnered with and acquired Dr. Gene Rubinstein's two-location practice, LAskinMD, which operates clinics in Studio City and Simi Valley, California. The transaction expands GSD's network in Greater Los Angeles and brings additional medical, surgical and aesthetic dermatology capabilities into its physician-led, California-focused practice group.
