Golden State Dermatology (GSD) announced a partnership/acquisition of Dr. Laurie Woll’s two-location dermatology practice in Montclair and Glendora, California, expanding GSD’s Southern California footprint to 10 locations in the region. The deal brings Dr. Woll and her team into GSD’s physician-owned network, adding medical and cosmetic dermatology services including skin cancer diagnosis/treatment and aesthetic procedures.
