Golden State Dermatology Acquires NorCal Vein Specialists

Golden State Dermatology (GSD), a physician-owned dermatology platform with 45 locations and more than 125 providers, has acquired NorCal Vein Specialists, a two-location vein care practice operating in Pleasanton and Sacramento, California. The deal brings vein-focused medical and cosmetic services onto GSD's platform to deepen clinical capabilities and offer a more integrated patient experience while maintaining the practice's existing physician, staff, locations, and operations.
