GovSignals announced it has acquired Turingon, adding Turingon’s capture and proposal team to GovSignals’ AI platform for government contracting. Turingon co-founders Arthur and Ellen Runno are joining GovSignals as Head of Sales and Deployment Strategist, bringing more than 60 years of combined capture and proposal experience.
