AboveAir will operate as a new division of ACS with founder Matt Miller named President of the AboveAir division and becoming a shareholder; ACS will invest in manufacturing capacity at AboveAir's 100,000-square-foot facility and expand its Mid-Atlantic footprint.

Ground/Water Treatment & Technology, LLC (GWTT), an Ember-backed environmental services platform headquartered in Wharton, New Jersey, has acquired Carbonworks USA, LLC, an Atlantic Beach, Florida provider of water treatment equipment, filtration media and related services. The acquisition gives GWTT an immediate presence in Florida to support southeastern U.S. expansion, strengthens its Mid‑Atlantic footprint via Carbonworks' Virginia operations, and expands GWTT's ability to deliver larger and more complex water treatment and remediation projects.

The purchase expands Chart’s water-treatment and service capabilities by combining Chart’s cryogenic and gas delivery equipment with BlueInGreen’s gas-dissolution technology and TaaS/service offerings to serve municipal and industrial end markets.
