Transmission Remanufacturing Company, LLC (“TRC”) was acquired by RANDYS Worldwide, a portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity Group. TRC, a Kent, Washington-based remanufacturer and distributor of aftermarket automotive transmissions, will join the RANDYS platform to expand remanufacturing capabilities and product offering.
