Aftermarket parts supplier RANDYS Worldwide has acquired Van Compass, a manufacturer of high-end suspension components for Sprinter, Transit and ProMaster vans. The deal expands RANDYS' portfolio and strengthens its position in the adventure/overlanding and commercial van markets by adding Van Compass's specialty suspension products and expertise.
