SPS Commerce Acquires GCommerce

SPS Commerce (NASDAQ: SPSC) acquired GCommerce, a provider of EDI and supply‑chain software for the automotive aftermarket, for approximately $45 million in cash. The deal brings GCommerce customers and capabilities into SPS’s retail cloud network and is expected to contribute incremental revenue while strengthening SPS’s leadership in the automotive aftermarket.

Partnerize Acquires Pepperjam

Partnerize, a partnership-management SaaS provider, has acquired Pepperjam, a Philadelphia-based affiliate marketing technology and services provider, from the Permira funds and Banneker Partners. The deal combines Partnerize's global partnership platform and AI capabilities with Pepperjam's Ascend affiliate platform and services to accelerate adoption of partnership marketing and expand capability and scale for enterprise clients.

eBay Inc. Acquires GSI Commerce

eBay Inc. completed its acquisition of GSI Commerce, purchasing all outstanding shares for $29.25 per share (approximately $2.4 billion) and making GSI a separate business unit. The deal included subsequent divestitures of GSI's licensed sports merchandise business and partial interests in ShopRunner and Rue La La to a holding company led by GSI founder Michael Rubin.
