Agellus Capital, a Clayton, Missouri-based private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of HighGrove Partners, a commercial landscaping services provider headquartered in the Atlanta area. Agellus intends to build HighGrove into a market-leading commercial landscaping platform across the Southeastern United States and support geographic and operational expansion.

LawnPRO Partners Acquires Green Image Lawn Care

The transaction — LawnPRO's tenth acquisition — will keep founders Luke Zimmerman and Ryan Freed in leadership roles; terms were not disclosed.

Verde Equity Partners Acquires Green‑Tech Landcare
