Healthcare Holding Schweiz AG has acquired Ino Medical Solutions GmbH, a Rapperswil-Jona–based specialist distributor of sterile containers, surgical instruments and spinal implants serving Swiss hospitals and sterilization centers. The deal is part of Healthcare Holding’s buy‑and‑build strategy and was completed as a succession transaction; Ino’s managing director Dieter Roth will remain actively involved.
