Herspiegel, a pharmaceutical commercialization consultancy and portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners, has acquired U.K.-based Decisive Consulting to expand its global market access, HEOR and HTA capabilities. Decisive's founder Esther Nzenza will remain in a senior role as the firm is integrated into Herspiegel's global commercialization platform.
