Xos, Inc. completed an all-stock acquisition of ElectraMeccanica Vehicles Corp., acquiring all issued and outstanding shares. The transaction adds about $48 million to Xos’ balance sheet and provides growth capital to support scaling deliveries of zero-emission commercial vehicles.

Vontier Acquires Driivz

Vontier Corporation announced the acquisition of Driivz, a Tel Aviv–based provider of cloud-based EV charging and energy management software. The deal (financial terms not disclosed) follows Vontier's prior minority investment in Driivz and supports Vontier's multi-year $500 million commitment to the energy transition by adding software capabilities in the EV charging infrastructure market.

Ideanomics has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Wireless Advanced Vehicle Electrification, Inc. (WAVE) for cash and stock consideration. WAVE, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, is a provider of inductive wireless charging systems for medium- and heavy-duty commercial EVs with reported unaudited 2020 revenues of about $7M.
