TransPerfect announced it has acquired Synterex, a Dedham, Massachusetts-based clinical and regulatory writing and technology-enabled consulting firm serving biotech and pharmaceutical clients. Synterex’s AgileWriter.ai platform supports AI-assisted authoring and regulatory content workflows, which TransPerfect says will integrate into its Life Sciences offerings as a division.
