Inverness Graham (IGI), a Philadelphia-based buyout firm, has acquired Axcel Learning, an online professional education, certification, and test preparation platform with five online learning brands. Axcel uses a hybrid learning model that combines asynchronous content, live virtual instruction, and AI-driven personalization for certification exam pass-rate improvement.
