Invst Acquires NS Capital

Invst, an Indianapolis-based registered investment advisor, has acquired Stamford-based registered investment advisor NS Capital to combine their retirement-plan capabilities and launch the INVST Unity Pooled Employer Plan (PEP). The deal unites NS Capital's Unity 401(k) PEP and Invst's MyInvst401K PEP to expand retirement offerings, reduce fiduciary burden for employers, and broaden financial wellness services for employees.
