IRIS Software Group acquired iSAMS, a cloud-based school management (MIS/SIS) provider, on 20 October 2020. The acquisition expands IRIS’s education portfolio and brings iSAMS’s web-based MIS (used by hundreds of UK and international schools) into IRIS’s suite of school software and cloud services.
