Ithina Holdings Inc. completed the acquisitions of Displaydata (UK), Agile Displays (U.S.), and Altierre (Europe) to form a global AI operating platform for physical commerce and industrial operations. Backed by Kline Hill Partners, Probot Ventures, and Zebra Technologies, Ithina says the combined platform supports more than 50 million connected endpoints across retail, manufacturing, and warehouse environments.
