IVI RMA North America Acquires RHWC, Rise Fertility and Halo Fertility from Global Premier Fertility

IVI RMA North America has completed the acquisition of three Southern California fertility clinics — Reproductive Health and Wellness Center (RHWC), Rise Fertility, and Halo Fertility — from Global Premier Fertility. The transaction (terms not disclosed) expands IVI RMA North America's presence in Southern California, adding more than 30 doctors and employees to its network and strengthening its market leadership in assisted reproduction.
