J.P. Morgan has completed its acquisition of Aumni, a provider of investment analytics software for the venture capital industry. The purchase strengthens J.P. Morgan’s private markets platform and complements its Capital Connect initiative and recent private market investments, bringing Aumni’s analytics and portfolio data capabilities into the bank’s Corporate & Investment Bank offerings.
