JAL Equity has acquired Directional Advertising Solutions, Inc. (dba DAS Group), a Weston, Florida-based digital marketing firm, in a transaction that closed on November 30, 2021. DAS Group provides local digital marketing, lead generation and web development services to franchise organizations and multi-location national and regional brands; the sale enabled one partner to retire while the other remains involved.
