Newmont Corporation to Acquire Newcrest Mining Limited

Hecla Mining Company Completes Acquisition of Alexco Resource Corp.

Hecla Mining Company completed its acquisition of Alexco Resource Corp., issuing approximately 17.99 million Hecla shares to Alexco shareholders and providing a secured loan facility. The deal also terminated the Wheaton Precious Metals streaming interest at Alexco's Keno Hill property in exchange for Hecla common stock; Hecla said the acquisition will expand its silver production and add the Keno Hill operation in the Yukon to its portfolio.

Skeena Resources Acquires QuestEx Gold & Copper; Sells Select QuestEx Properties to Newmont

Skeena Resources Limited agreed to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of QuestEx Gold & Copper Ltd. for approximately C$48.6 million in combined cash and Skeena shares. Concurrently, Skeena will sell certain QuestEx properties (Heart Peaks, Castle, Moat, Coyote and North ROK) to Newmont Corporation for ~C$27 million; the transactions expand Skeena’s land position in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle and are subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Kissner Group Holdings Acquires NSC Minerals Ltd.
