The Staverton Group LLC, an owner-operator vehicle founded by Scott Sorenson and headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, has acquired CITTA Brokerage Company, a customs brokerage and duty-drawback specialist based in Ogden, Utah. The transaction was announced by Woodbridge International, which represented the seller; financial terms and the selling shareholders were not disclosed.

OCU Group (Triton V) Acquires Northavon Group

Vertu Motors plc Acquires Helston Garages Group Limited

Vertu Motors plc has agreed to acquire Helston Garages Group Limited, adding 28 franchised sales outlets across the South West of England for a total consideration of £117m (net of £65m cash). The deal expands Vertu's geographic footprint and manufacturer relationships (adding Volvo and Ferrari), and is expected to deliver at least £3.2m of annual synergies by FY25 as Vertu integrates systems, digital platforms and rebrands the sites.

Quad Innovations LLC Acquires Stoutco, Inc.

Titomic Acquires Tri-D Dynamics

The deal brings Tri-D's Silicon Valley design and smart-pipe manufacturing capabilities into Titomic to accelerate commercialisation of digitally embedded metal infrastructure and support Titomic's defence, aerospace and oil & gas initiatives in North America.
