NoBlue2 Acquires BrightBridge Solutions

NoBlue2, a portfolio company of FPE Capital, has acquired BrightBridge Solutions to create one of Europe’s largest Oracle NetSuite partners. The deal—funded with equity from FPE Fund III and a debt facility from DunPort Capital Management—combines businesses serving over 400 customers with approximately 130 employees and annual revenues in excess of £16m.
