Dallas-based private equity firm Latticework Capital Management announced a strategic investment in Institutes of Health (IOH), a San Diego–headquartered multi-disciplinary workers' compensation treatment provider. IOH operates three facilities in southern and central California and will partner with Latticework to expand its evidence-based, biopsychosocial treatment programs and proprietary biometric telehealth platform across its current footprint and beyond; terms were not disclosed.
