LianMedical (formerly LianBio) announced the completion of its previously announced merger between LianBio and LianMedical. Under the approved plan of merger, LianMedical merged with and into LianBio, and LianBio continued as the surviving company, with the company changing its name to LianMedical effective upon completion.
